2. Educational Consultancy Services

Fair Study acts as a facilitator and advisor connecting students with recognized universities and offering supplementary 1-to-1 tutoring. Final degree conferral, syllabus regulations, and examination dates are governed exclusively by the respective universities and educational boards.

3. Intellectual Property

All study notes, eBooks, summaries, website text, and branding materials created by Fair Study are proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
